Stripy Oak and Beech Creepie (#5)

In May I found that my shelves were stuffed (more than usual) with offcuts and leftovers of wood. I didn’t want to throw them out, I didn’t want to burn them, and I didn’t want to make another chopping board – so I decided to stick them together and make a stripy creepie.

It was a similar style to my previous chocoloate olive ash creepie, but this time I thought I’d try a diamond shaped finger hole rather than my previous round holes. This one is more comfortable when carrying the creepie and it’s not much extra work compared to the circular hole.

This will go onto Etsy soon.
