Just a final post showing the three pieces of the “Snipe” office furniture suite gathered together. You get a better idea of scale and positioning to see the filing cabinet and sideboard sitting either side of the corner desk.
And to answer a question I had in the workshop – the furniture was named by the client. My only stipulation was that it should be a British bird species. And appropriately enough, the word snipe is also a technical woodworking term.
