Commissioned as a 5th “Wooden” Wedding Anniversary gift, I was asked to make a creepie using my Scottish olive ash and walnut using some of my previous design elements, and so I decided to do another chocolate creepie.
A round-over on the top long edge and the exposed end-grain on the short edges provides the perfect opportunity to see the chocolate colouring, the ripples and the amazing grain of my 200 year old Scottish olive ash. I hope you like it. I think this one is my favourite so far.
