In an exciting development, I will be exhibiting at Dukes of West Barns (nr. Dunbar) over the long Easter Weekend, from 17th to 21st of April 2025. I will be supporting two artist friends, Judy Dale and Leonard Mair, who will have a range of fresh-on-the-market pastel and oil paintings featuring landscape and still life subjects.
I will be showing several items of furniture, including my Thistle table and Hen Harrier footstool, and I will have smaller items such as creepies, bowls and lamp bases for sale. I rarely do any marketing of my business so an exhibition is quite a new venture for me, but I am hoping it will be good fun. I should be there each day throughout the weekend and I am more than happy to chat about my furniture, how to commission new furniture and my furniture-making ‘journey’ (for those that are interested).
Remember also that the Dukes Cafe Bistro is just next door where you can enjoy a hearty breakfast, a leisurely lunch, or a peaceful moment in their garden with a hot drink.
